March 2011 Cover Reveals!

A little Meme I'll be posting up at the end of every month. :D

Yaaaaaay! Wolfsbane by Andrea Cremer has a new cover! I know loads of people seem to hate it but I like it a lot. It matches the contents of the book well. :D

The Name of the Star (Shades of London #1) by Maureen Johnson
"A modern-day thriller about Rory, an American high-school student who enrolls at a London boarding school for her junior year. Soon after her arrival, a series of murders begins to take place across the city—on the exact dates and in the exact style of Jack the Ripper. Rory’s ties to the killer bring her in contact with a secret paranormal branch of the British police, as they attempt to stop the mysterious killer. " - Goodreads Synopsis

Eve (The Eve Trilogy #1) by Anna Carey
"The year is 2032, sixteen years after a deadly virus—and the vaccine intended to protect against it—wiped out most of the earth’s population. The night before eighteen-year-old Eve’s graduation from her all-girls school she discovers what really happens to new graduates, and the horrifying fate that awaits her.

Fleeing the only home she’s ever known, Eve sets off on a long, treacherous journey, searching for a place she can survive. Along the way she encounters Caleb, a rough, rebellious boy living in the wild. Separated from men her whole life, Eve has been taught to fear them, but Caleb slowly wins her trust...and her heart. He promises to protect her, but when soldiers begin hunting them, Eve must choose between true love and her life." - Goodreads Synopsis

In the Forests of the Night (Goblin Wars #2) by Kersten Hamilton

Last Breath (Morganville Vampires #11) by Rachel Caine

Hades (Halo #2) by Alexandra Adornetto

 Witchlanders by Lena Coakley
"High in their mountain covens, red witches pray to the Goddess, protecting the Witchlands by throwing the bones and foretelling the future. It’s all a fake.
At least, that’s what Ryder thinks. He doubts the witches really deserve their tithes—one quarter of all the crops his village can produce. And even if they can predict the future, what danger is there to foretell, now that his people’s old enemy, the Baen, has been defeated?
But when a terrifying new magic threatens both his village and the coven, Ryder must confront the beautiful and silent witch who holds all the secrets. Everything he’s ever believed about witches, the Baen, magic and about himself will change, when he discovers that the prophecies he’s always scorned—
Are about him." - Goodreads Synopsis

 Audition by Stasia Ward Kehoe
"Once you've been chosen,
what step can you take...?

Seventeen-year-old Sara's dream of becoming a star ballerina is challenged when she falls for Remington, an older choreographer. Instead of success onstage, she becomes Rem's muse, which is a future she never considered--and one that threatens to break her heart." - Goodreads Synopsis

Beautiful Chaos (Caster Chronicles #3) by Kami Garcia & Margaret Stohl

Crossed (Matched #2) by Ally Condie

Die For Me (Revenants #1) by Amy Plum

"DIE FOR ME is the first of three books about Kate, a sixteen-year-old American who moves to Paris after the death of her parents. It introduces a new version of the undead with revenants, beings who are fated to sacrifice themselves over and over again to save others’ lives. Kate finds herself falling for Vincent, who she discovers is not the typical French teenager he appears: he is something else entirely.

DIE FOR ME presents a new supernatural mythology presented in a city where dreams are sometimes the same as reality." - Goodreads Synopsis

Enshadowed (Nevermore #2) by Kelly Creagh

"I WANT I WANT I WANT!" - Naj

 Juliet Immortal by Stacey Jay

""These violent delights have violent ends
And in their triumph die, like fire and powder,
Which as they kiss consume."
—Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare

The most tragic love story in history . . .

Juliet Capulet didn't take her own life. She was murdered by the person she trusted most, her new husband, Romeo Montague, a sacrifice made to ensure his own immortality. But what Romeo didn't anticipate was that Juliet would be granted eternity, as well, and would become an agent for the Ambassadors of Light. For 700 years, she's fought Romeo for the souls of true lovers, struggling to preserve romantic love and the lives of the innocent. Until the day she meets someone she's forbidden to love, and Romeo, oh Romeo, will do everything in his power to destroy that love."
- Goodreads Synopsis

One grave at a time (Night Huntress #6) by Jeaniene Frost

"I WANT! I WANT! I WANT! x2! hahaha. I haven't seen this being posted by many. O.O" - Naj

 The Pledge by Kimberly Derting
"In the violent country of Ludania, the classes are strictly divided by the language they speak. The smallest transgression, like looking a member of a higher class in the eye while they are speaking their native tongue, results in immediate execution. Seventeen-year-old Charlaina has always been able to understand the languages of all classes, and she’s spent her life trying to hide her secret. The only place she can really be free is the drug-fueled underground clubs where people go to shake off the oppressive rules of the world they live in. It's there that she meets a beautiful and mysterious boy named Max who speaks a language she's never heard before . . . and her secret is almost exposed." - Goodreads Synopsis

The Girl of Fire and Thorns (Fire and Thorns #1) by Rae Carson
"Once a century, one person is chosen for greatness.

Elisa is the chosen one.

But she is also the younger of two princesses, the one who has never done anything remarkable. She can’t see how she ever will.

Now, on her sixteenth birthday, she has become the secret wife of a handsome and worldly king—a king whose country is in turmoil. A king who needs the chosen one, not a failure of a princess.

And he’s not the only one who seeks her. Savage enemies seething with dark magic are hunting her. A daring, determined revolutionary thinks she could be his people’s savior. And he looks at her in a way that no man has ever looked at her before. Soon it is not just her life, but her very heart that is at stake.

Elisa could be everything to those who need her most. If the prophecy is fulfilled. If she finds the power deep within herself. If she doesn’t die young.

Most of the chosen do." - Goodreads Synopsis

  1. WOW lots of awesome covers. I really do like the new Wolfsbane cover but I just bought Nightshade like 2 days before that was announced and since I read it already I would have waited so my books matched.lol But I totally think the new covers fit better.

    Great Bunch of Covers!

  3. I like the Wolfsbane cover well enough but I hate when publishers change covers like they did with this one. If it was just going to be the paperback version, it'd have been fine because it'd go with the Nightshade paperback. But they had to go and make that the cover for the Wolfsbane hardcover and now it and the Nightshade hardcover don't match at all. XD

There were some amazing covers this month. The Name of the Star is my absolute favorite though. :D
